Where and what time do I pick up my camper?

If you are picking them up at camp:

Alpine and Frontier campers at Miracle Lodge between 12:30pm and 1:00pm on Saturday. Please be sure to find their counselor and sign your Transportation Information form.

Ranch campers go to Ranch Camp and sign them out sometime after the horse show. The horse show goes from 10:30 to 11:30 on Saturday. You can also sign them out at Miracle Lodge between 12:45pm and 1:00pm.

If they are riding the bus see bus schedule.

Is the camp Gift Shop open on Saturday?

Yes, The Gift Shop is open for the people who are picking up campers.

How do I find something lost at camp?

You can call the camp at 907-745-4203 or email registrar@victorymin.org to have a Lost Item form filled out. If we find the item we will contact you and arrange a way to return it to you. Remember, if it is labeled with the campers name, it is easier to find.

Can I arrange for someone else to pick up my camper?

Yes, you may write the name of the person who will be picking up your camper on the Transportation Information form given you by the bus driver or camp receptionist. You can also call the camp at 907-745-4203 during the week the camper attends to inform the receptionist of your plans.

Can I come to camp and pick up my camper?

Yes, this would be a great way for you to meet the friends and counselors of your camper. Please make sure to inform the camp of your intentions and plan on arriving at camp between 12:30pm and 1:00pm

Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to departure at all stops and 15 to 20 minutes for Anchorage
