Victory Bible Camps need a Program Director responsible for overseeing all aspects of one of the camps. This includes planning out weekly schedules, organizing game times, handling camper discipline, etc. Applicant must oversee and spiritually challenge a staff of anywhere from four to sixteen counselors. Applicants must have at least one year of college or work completed and should have some prior camping experience. |

Victory Ministries is in need of a Human Resources Director who serves as a year-round contact person for people interested in serving God with us. This person processes the applications of all our summer staff, seasonal workers, and year around staff. From the time candidates apply, to when they are accepted until they arrive on the field; the human resource director will assist them through this process. This person also coordinates the scheduling of the work teams that volunteer. |

Victory Bible Camps is looking for a Director of Guest Services. This person would be responsible to schedule and coordinate all the groups that rent our facilities throughout the year. From making sure that the facilities are clean and ready for the guest when they arrive to seeing to the varied and individual needs of each group. This way God willing the guest can spend their time growing closer to God. This person should be a organized person as quite often we have more than one group using our facilities at the same time. |

Camp Li-Wa and Victory Bible Camps are in need of a an office manager. This person would be doing general secretarial duties, such as working on the computer using programs like MS Word, MS Excell, MS Access, Outlook, and Adobe Indesign. They would also be answering the telephone and routing the call to the appropriate person. This position is a vital position to help everything flow so that Victory Bible Camps and Camp Li-Wa can minister to people here in Alaska |

At Victory Bible Camps we have lots of vehicles, and where you have vehicles you need a mechanic. You would be responsible for the vehicle maintenance of our pickups, vans, cars, and heavy equipment which is used on the grounds. You would also be responsible for the maintenance of our over the road vehicles such as busses, semi and vans, making sure that they stay road worthy especially the busses considering how many kids that they bring to camp and the lives that are changed as a result. |

Camp Li-Wa and Victory Bible Camps could use a larger maintenace staff. It takes many God given skills to make a camp looking and operating great. Flower beds, buildings, recreational equipment, etc all need people to keep them maintained. By doing this campers will have a wonderful facility to have fun and grow closer to God. |

Victory Ministries is looking for a Graphic Artist. This person is responsible for up dating and creating brochures, flyers, and letters. Printed material is one way Victory reaches out to let people know about us and how we can serve them as they strive to grow closer to God. It is also the way that we inform other of our needs and concerns, prayer partners and donors. |

Victory Bible Camps is in need of a Housekeeping Supervisor. We have over thirty buildings that our guest and campers use on a regular basis. As a result we need a person in charge of a team of people to keep these buildings clean and attractive. From dusting and vacuuming to nice curtains and pictures on the wall. When you have an attractive and comfortable facility it allows the guests to relax and listen to God. |

Victory Ministries needs a Info Tech Person. We have about twenty computers and hundreds of gigabits of data stored. All of which need constant up keeping, upgrading, and data managing. Computers perform a vital role in helping the ministy operate in an efficient manner, so that we can help reach Alaskans for God. |
