Our camps are set by the grade the camper is entering in the fall, i.e. if you have just completed 8th grade then you should look at a camp for 9th grade.

First Day of Camp Arrival time: Camp starts at 11:30 Monday morning; week #4 will be 11:30 Wednesday morning. If you are coming to camp in a personal vehicle please plan on arriving between 10:45am and 11:30am. If you plan on using Victory transportation please see the Bus Schedule.
Registration: There will be a registration table set up at camp or at the bus pick up for you to check in for your week of camp. Please have any medication and any money ready to give to the Victory staff at this time. The staff will be happy to answer any last minute questions that you may have.
Swim test: Camper safety is a top priority to us so each camper that wants to participate in waterfront activities must complete a swim test at the beginning of their camp week.
Last Day of Camp Departure time: Camp ends at 1:00pm Saturday except week #3 which ends at 1:00 pm Friday, July 2nd. If you will be leaving camp in a personal vehicle please plan on departure between 12:30 and 1:00pm. If you plan on riding the Victory bus please see the Bus Schedule for arrival times. (Parents please note. You are welcome to join your camper for lunch on the last day of camp at 12:15).
Ranch camp horse show: Each week, weather permitting, the Ranch campers will perform in a horse show to display some of the skills they have learned through their week of camp. The show is at 10:30am and will last approximately one hour, parents are encouraged to come and watch. (The campers will not participate in the show during the 5th-6th grade week but the wranglers will still provide a demonstration).
Where to pick up campers: Ranch campers can be picked up at Ranch camp lodge at lunch time. Alpine, Frontier and S.A.L.T. campers should be picked up at Miracle Lodge between 12:30 and 1:00pm. Please make sure the Camper Transportation Form is signed and handed to the camp counselor before you leave.
Camp Registration To register for camp you can register online or call 907.745.4203 during our office hours. Returning campers should use their existing accounts. If you can’t remember your username, please call our office for assistance. Registration requires a non-refundable $50 deposit. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks prior to the camp session. During the registration process you will have the option to add money to your snack shop account (campers are not able to use cash in the snack shop), purchase a cabin picture, a DVD or photo CD of your week at camp and sign up for a horse ride or two (Note - the DVD option is not available for Frontier camp or during the shortened week).
During the registration process you will need to have health information available, including shot records if possible.

Medications If your camper needs to take medications at camp you must turn them in when you register. All over the counter and non-prescription drugs remain in the ORIGINAL CONTAINER. All prescription medications must be in a PHARMACY LABELED container with the campers name on it. Loose pills will not be accepted.
Over-the-counter Medications Victory offers the following non-prescription medications on an as-needed basis. By law we must use our own supply. Please notify us of any medications you DO NOT want given to your child.

Riding the Camp Bus We provide transportation to camp from several locations. The cost for using Victory transportation is $25 for summer camps but there is no extra charge for the winter retreats.

Sending Mail You can send mail or a package to be delivered to a camper during their week of camp. Please include their name and the camp they are attending. It would be best if mailed early to ensure a timely delivery.

Camp Store The camp store will be open during the registration period on the first day of camp until 11:30am and also at the close of camp until 1:00pm.
Parental Pick Up To ensure your child’s safety, only the camper’s parent/guardian may pick him/her up at the end of camp or for an early departure. If you desire a friend or relative to give your child a ride, Victory Bible Camps must receive (by mail or fax) a letter – signed by the camper’s parent/guardian – stating the name of the adult who is authorized to pick up the child and when the child should be released into his/her care.
